The second dev server changes were pushed to the live cluster on April 30th, 2019.
This update included a few bug fixes and some optimizations for games such as Minecraft (1.14+), but most notably it introduced WorldEdit, which allowed developers to create new worlds in their favorite game with ease and speed.
