In the original Superwho, a player is faced with a decision: do I stay in my house and hope for the best or do I risk it all to go out? The game has since become one of many multiplayer games that are now available on mobile.
Superwho? is a game that has you playing as a superhero. You need to defeat bad guys and earn money. The game is set in the same universe as the Batman movie, “The Dark Knight Rises”.
The days of comic book movies being dismissed are long gone, but here’s a comedy to take their place: Superwho? has just arrived to catch the adversary and discover his true identity (last but not least). This fantasy-power combination suited him well, and we needed this invigorating film just as much as the Informants (from the HBO Max series) did when they purchased tickets for The Cat City in Budapest.
Some of us may have fantasized about landing the greatest part (or job), but there would never be a’reality flash’ in which we are the superhero (superwho) on the world’s highway, attempting to crush all of the opposing gang members.
Cedric (Philippe Lacheau), a burnt-out but still attractive actor, is involved in a vehicle accident and, like a bolt of lightning, transforms into a superhero, his duty now being to rescue his gorgeous (but imaginary) wife. It’s difficult for him to piece together truth from phony memory mosaic pieces. Meanwhile, a few bad males appear who need super-watch anyone’s and supervision.
By the way, the actor’s brothers are either really tough or terribly battered. Before the vigilante (and arbitrary) 1 person hero-staff wreaks havoc on the other half of town, they seek assistance. They beat each other where they stand, much as in a comedy, resulting in a vibrant show with lots of challenging flight and big sequences. The film, like the comedy, takes itself very seriously. The stuck-in laughter of other spectators tore us apart.
Superwho enjoys it in a French manner…
French films are regarded for being challenging and unique. If something isn’t unique, it’s because it takes a unique perspective to a tale, genre, or humor in general. The budget seems to be lower than in Hollywood, but the action is still well-presented. Even if the first few minutes of the film were a little eco-friendly (slow and inexpensive), I still missed a strong opener. But, in the end, we receive a double, if not treble, bonus.
Almost every revenger has a freakier counterpart, although looks may be misleading – and you are permitted to employ sleeping gas or ‘tow hooks’ against genuine weapons, of course. Apart from beating up evil folks, Cedric is secretly driven by a desire to establish himself inside the family and keep his father healthy. He’d always tried to make his cop father proud since he could remember, but it typically needed the sergeant’s protection to prevent the harmless pranks from developing into inmates. Jean-Hugues Anglade, a recognizable (family) face, plays the latter figure.
It’s my life, and she’s the love of my life.
Because sometimes the greatest remedy is forgetfulness, the amnesiac superhero’s character has achieved a new level of morality. She’s more brave and attentive, albeit she’s still a threat to the public, particularly to the city’s famed bank robbers, who are also being chased by her father, who is set to retire.
Beating up the police is not one of his merits, but let’s not be too harsh, he is not a super WHO organization member. Memories are slow to recover, but he’s found a new target to fight for. We won’t say any more than that, but she’s a lovely, cute lady – who is worth the care (& car).
Elodie Fontan, who portrays her sister, is in her element and prime, reminiscent of Sonja Blade from Mortal Combat. His actions and attire are also familiar. This might be a purposeful flavor in the plot, I think there are no coincidences. The film is a conscious film about phlegmatic directors (‘director’ is commonly regarded a term – I’ve seen a few instances firsthand even in the dubbing industry), and the obnoxious senior-actor prototype. Characters that are bad have no depth; they are simply rushing, and Russians are no exception.
Ironic-man is overworked…
Philippe Lacheau (e.g., the writer of Babysitting 1-2), alias superwho (the protagonist! ), directed this film, and he infused it with social commentary. Climate protection hypocrisy, a dash of bigotry, and the protocol of covid-infection all receive parodies, and there are parody screens to the sponsor-product-laden movies as well — at the proper time and with the correct catharsis. There are a few of strange aspects, but this epic genre can take anything. However, be cautious on the roadways, since the devil might easily be forced to work overtime.
Superhero, superwho, or super anyone movies are typically my favorites. If you combine them with humor and consider them too futuristic, action-packed, and gory, you’ll have this tremendous eclecticism. The jokes are nearly corny at times, but they don’t quite reach the level of cretiny (the whole room was laughing throughout the film!). For us, it was the silhouette of Bat-Who-Man that carried the (spotlight) into the nighttime.
