How to Defeat Werewolf Chief Willfred
Willfre the Werewolf Chief is a 64-level boss that can be found in the Werewolf Village in the Dunley Farmlands’ northeast corner. This boss is a werewolf, and you must fight him at night; if you go during the day, the werewolf will not be there, and you will only see people. If you battle the werewolf during the day as the sun rises, the werewolf will transform into a person, and if you kill the human, you will not get any abilities or beat the boss, thus you must kill him at night.
You’ll want to employ the Chaos Valley ability for the setup since it will deal searing damage to him over time. You’ll also want to have the Ward of the Damned ability to assist you block this boss’s assaults. Swords or axes may be used as weapons, but the Crossbow is recommended because to the increased AoE damage and the ability to hit him from a great distance. You may use the Dark Silver Crossbow or the Sanguine Crossbow to deal a lot of damage to him, and the crossbow’s ability to discharge multiple arrows will come in handy. You may utilize any AoE attack as an ultimate since it will inflict more damage to him.
When you get at the spot, use your crossbow AoE ability and Chaos Valley to do damage to him right away. Over time, it will inflict scorching harm to him. You must draw him away from the main area and bring him to a home behind him once he begins to attack you. The reason for this is because this boss is reset after a certain amount of time has passed, and it will not reset in the home. You may simply beat the monster by performing AoE damage and blasting arrows with the Chaos Valley after he enters the home.
He has a headbutt attack, and before he does it, he buffs himself and attacks you, which you may prevent using the Ward of the Damned ability. You may then use the chaos ability in conjunction with the Crossbow AoE attack to strike him. Humans will appear in the battle every few seconds, and the werewolf will attempt to devour them in order to acquire vitality. You want to kill the humans before he kills them since each human gives him 10% of his HP. That is why you should have an AoE ultimate that kills all people before the wolf.
This boss also has an invisibility skill that allows him to become invisible for a few seconds before approaching you. If he appears near you, you’ll need to flee since he may land a melee assault on you very rapidly. Dash away and slam the Chaos Valley into him. You must eliminate people as quickly as possible since if he recovers, the combat will only become longer. Aside from that, this isn’t a tough battle. Extract his V Blood after you’ve taken him out to acquire the new ability.
Rewards
To obtain the Heart Strike ability, extract the boss’s V Blood. You’ll also acquire the Holy Resistance Flask recipe.
