The Recipe for Cookies in RF4 is level 38 and requires:
- Flour
- Butter
- An egg
- Powdered Sugar

- Obtain an EZ Cooking Permit. To do so, you must issue an order and pass an exam at the Order Symbol in the castle’s main chamber. The cost of the order is 100 Prince/Princess Points. If you fail the test, you will get a refund of your points and the opportunity to retake it! You will be able to buy the knife, frying pan, and mixer after completing the test.
- Order the Pro Cooking License the same way you ordered the EZ Cooking License. This transaction will cost 500 points and will enable you to purchase the cookie-baking pot, steamer, and oven.

You can either defeat them (since they sometimes drop eggs) or tame them.
Tip: Taming them is a fantastic idea since you’ll have a steady supply of eggs.
Tamed Cluckadoodles and Mamadoodles will lay one egg every day, the size of which will be determined by how nice they are to you. Brush them every day and make sure they have enough food to produce more (and larger) eggs.
5. Butter

A mixer and milk are required for making butter.
Cooking bread teaches you how to make butter, which is a level 15 recipe.

If you’re playing as Lest and you’re dating a bachelorette, you may chat to her before the event to arrange for her to bring you cookies.
On October 25th, it’s the boys’ turn to serve out cookies for White Day. Any man who gets along with the player will offer them a cookie.
Anyone playing as Frey may set up a date with a bachelor she’s dating in order to get cookies.
Lest players have the opportunity to return all of the cookies they received on Valentine’s Day.
